This class includes warm-up, exercises performed seated, standing, and occasionally on the floor using hand weights, ankle weights, balls and bands. It is designed to build strength, increase flexibility, improve balance and coordination, enhance your health and lighten your mood.
Due to the progressive nature of this exercise program, we strongly advise participants to attend all class meetings. With limited attendance, the progressive benefits of this training program may not be achieved as desired. This is a very popular class, and we strongly encourage you to sign up for monthly sessions in advance of the start date.
