    210100 - Strength and Fitness NEW!

    The Davis Senior Center is offering a new Strength and Fitness class. Each class will include a warm-up, cardio, strength training, floor work and a cool down. Led by a certified personal trainer and functional movement specialist, students will increase core stability, stamina, strength and balance using hand weights, resistance bands and your own body weight. Exercises and pace of movements can be modified in order to meet a variety of fitness needs.
